To port a number to CallHippo, we require documents that prove ownership of the numbers you are porting. This includes a duly signed copy of Letter of Authorization (LOA) and the most recent invoice for the phone service.
Please make sure that the invoice includes the account information for all numbers you want to port and send digital copies of all your documents to our support team.
