How to use whatsapp business with you CallHippo number?
Login to dashboard -> open product list and click on whatsapp business from the list
To activate your number for whatsapp business account , you need to fill the detail (which CallHippo will submit to Whatsapp to verify the number) .
Click on “Activate Whatsapp Business Number” button .Now you can select the number on which you want to activate your whatsapp business account .
Once you select the number , one form will open in new tab , fill the form with correct details .
Once form is submitted , your details will be sent to whatsapp to verify .
During verification time period , you can see the status in the dashboard of whatsapp business .
Status
Pending : pending for approval at whatsapp
In progress / in review : your application is being reviewed by whatsapp team
Approved/Activate : Your application is approved by whatsapp and you can use this number for whatsapp business
Rejected : Your application is rejected from whatsappYou can activate whatsapp business for multiple numbers .
Once your number is approved , you will be able to see “Apply for green tick” option besides that number , you can click on that and apply for green tick .
(Green tick approval process takes 7-10 days as per whatsapp policy)Once your number is approved , you can see “Access Whatsapp Business” button , click on that to start your whatsapp business platform .
