There are two options which will help you troubleshoot this problem:

First, upgrade your CallHippo Android App to the latest version.

Second, please try following settings for battery optimization and Permissions.

Battery optimization

1. Huwai- Apps and notifications -> Apps -> Settings -> Special Access -> Ignore battery optimization -> Allowed-drop down -> All apps -> CallHippo -> Allow Mobile settings -> Apps and notifications -> Apps -> CallHippo -> Battery -> Launch -> All the options here should be ON.

2. OnePlus- Settings -> battery -> battery optimization -> select CallHippo -> Don’t optimize

3. Redmi- Settings -> Permissions -> Autostart-> Find CallHippo App and turn on ‘Autostart’

    Settings ->Battery -> performance ->Chosse apps -> Select Callhippo -> Select off options (or No

    restrictions).

Storage Permissions

Settings-->Applications-->CallHippo-->Permissions--> all permission should be allowed (including storage and phone)

Re-login into your Android App and you should be good to go.

If you have a different brand Android device. Please check Battery optimization settings and turn it off and grant all Permissions.
