Please follow the below mentioned troubleshooting steps:
- Check if you are using the latest version of the app. If not, please update the app.

Allow all the permissions:
Storage Permissions - Settings-->Applications-->CallHippo-->Permissions--> all permission should be allowed (including storage and phone) - Switch to a different network i.e. from Wi-Fi to Mobile data or vice versa.
- Re-login to the app and test some calls. If you are facing issues with the outgoing calls, you can also change the provider with the Smart switch and make calls.
