The customer should have one of the below edit subscriptions in order to integrate Salesforce with Callhippo:

Professional Edition (The API should be enabled. Salesforce do not provide it by default with this account type)
Steps to perform for CallHippo.com Integration:
Step 1: log in to your Salesforce account
Classic theme: copy your salesforce domain from URL:
Lightning theme: Click on profile icon on top-right of the screen it will open up a dropdown and copy your domain as highlighted in below image.
Step 2: Log in to your CallHippo account.
Step 3: Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.
Step 4: Select Salesforce and click on Connect button.
Step 5: Popup will open and in the input box as below enter your Salesforce domain that we have copied earlier as below.
Step 6: Once you click on Connect Now, you will be redirected to the Salesforce login screen, If you are already logged in Salesforce you will be redirected to the Authorization screen.
Step 7: In the Salesforce Authorization screen click on allow
Once you Grant the access you will be redirected back to the CallHippo.
Hurray!!! You have now successfully integrated Salesforce with CallHippo. Integration status shows “Integrated”. And once contact syncing is completed, we will update you by email.
Integration Settings:
Now your CallHippo account is successfully integrated with Salesforce and you will be redirected to the CallHippo with Integration Settings popup. In which you can customize the functionality of Salesforce through CallHippo.
Functionality:
- Call Activities performed with a Salesforce Contact Reflected in your Salesforce .
If you have enabled this toggle, All the Call activities that are performed on a Salesforce contact through CallHippo will reflect in Salseforce as below
- After Call Work activity reflects in the Zoho CRM
If you have a plan with CallHippo's Call tags and disposition service and the same has been enabled, than the activity being pushed in Zoho CRM contains the tags and disposition data being added after the Call in the ACW screen.
Note: This sync only when the same has been performed on the After Call Work screen, In case if tags and disposition have been added later on using the Call logs or other feed than the same wont sync in the Zoho CRM.
- SMS Activities performed with a Salesforce Contact reflected in your Salesforce Account
If you have enabled this toggle, All the SMS activities that are performed on a Salesforce contact through CallHippo will reflect in Salesforce.
- Contacts added and updated in CallHippo will reflect in Salesforce
Contact you add/update in CallHippo will also add/update in Salesforce immediately if this toggle is enabled.

Contact you add/update in Salesforce will also add/update in Callhippo within 1 hour if this toggle is enabled.
Configuration:
You can also configure which type of call Activity will be logged in the Salesforce Activity section from below Configuration Setting.
Features provided with Salesforce integration:
1) Your all existing contacts and leads (with at least one phone number) will be synced with CallHippo.
2) Whenever you update or add a new contact or lead in Salesforce, it will automatically sync to CallHippo within an hour.
3) Whenever your agent makes a call to Salesforce contact/lead with CallHippo dialer, Call log activity will be synced to your Salesforce contact activity.
4) Whenever an SMS sent to Salesforce contact/ lead with CallHippo dialer SMS log will be synced to your Salesforce contact detail page.
Enable Click to Call:
Install the CallHippo Click-to-Call Chrome extension from the below link:

Once the click to call extension is installed it will appear in front of all numbers and as soon you click on the icon the call will be made.
