Step 1: Log into your CallHippo account https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Click on “Users & Performance” followed by "Users" tab located on the left side panel.
Step 3: On the right-hand side, click on the gear icon for the respective users for whom Call Forwarding needs to be enabled.
Step 4: Next, proceed to "Forward-to-device." Toggle it to the right-hand side to enable call forwarding.
