Following can be the probable reasons:


  • You are currently not subscribed to a plan that includes the call transfer feature. This option is only available in the Ultimate Plan under the Office Phone System category and the Platinum Plan in the Call Center Solution category.

  • If you are trying to use the call transfer feature while making a call from the Indian number in your account, please be aware that this option is not available when dialing from an Indian number.
