First of all, make sure that you are subscribed to the Silver plan and above. Call conferencing is by default enabled in these plans. You can access the functionality from Dialer itself. Dialer will give you an option to call transfer and while you are doing a warm transfer you become a part of the call conference. You will also have the capability to end the conference or end conference for all.
