Call Conference is a feature that allows multiple participants to join a single call simultaneously. It enables seamless communication between teams, clients, or stakeholders without needing separate calls. Users can add participants, manage call settings, and collaborate in real-time, making discussions more efficient.


Step 1: Go to CallHippo’s dialer https://dialer.callhippo.com/dial#/


Step 2: Dial the number for an outgoing call from the dialer. 



Step 3: Click “Transfer/Add Call” to merge the call with the third person.





Step 4: As soon as you click on the Button it will give you three options in “ Transfer/ Add” (Agent, Contact, Team:


Agent: If you want to transfer the call to an internal Agent.

Contact: If you want to transfer/add any other contact.

Team: If you want to transfer/add any other team



Step 5: Click on Contact and enter the number with the  country code as shown below and then click red dial button.


Step 6: As soon as you click on the dial button you will get the below option.


Transfer Now: Which means that the call will be directly transferred to the end user.

Talk to person: Which means that you can first talk with that person and then Transfer the call. 


    


Step 7: Once you transfer the call you will get to option as below


Transfer Call: If you want to transfer the call you cal select on Transfer

Merge Call: If you want to merge the call (Conference) th call you can select merge call.


Step 8: Once the call is merged the screen will look like below.



Step 9:  Once the call is merged(Conference) you will get two option.


Leave Conference: Which means that you can leave the connected call.

End Conference: Which means that you can End the connected call between all the connected parties.
