Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard


Step 2: Click on "Number and DID" in the left-hand side panel.


Step 3: Under the “Number and DID” click on "Numbers"


Step 4: You will be able to see the page with Active Phone Number details. Select the blue coloured settings button under the Action tab for the Phone Number you want to Allocate. This will open the Number Settings page.



Step 5: On the number settings page, click on "Allocate Users/Teams" as shown in the screenshot. 


Step 6: Select the user name to allocate the number.


Step 7: You will receive a pop up to confirm the allocation of users to the particular number. Click “Yes” to confirm.


Step 8: You will be able to see that selected number is allocated to the highlighted users.
