In CallHippo, a sub-user (referred to as an Agent) is added by the Admin to make and receive calls. Once added, the Agent receives an invitation link via email. To get started, the Agent simply needs to verify the link and set up a login password.


Steps for sub-users to step the account


Step 1: First the admin has to invite the user from his account, as shown in the below screenshot.


Step 2:    Now as you can see the invite has been sent successfully from the Owner side to the agent with the status shown as pending.



Step 3: The sub-user has received an invitation via email to log in and set up the account. To proceed, he should click on the link provided in the email below.

Note: The link will expire in one day from the time the invitation is sent.

Step 4: The agent must copy and paste the invitation link into a new browser window, where he will be presented with options to set up his account. He will need to enter his first and last name, create a password for login, and then click "Submit" to activate the account in the system.

Step 5: The user will be directed to the CallHippo Dashboard, where they can explore features and utilize the available services.

Step 6: The admin can also monitor the user's status in the main panel, where it will be displayed as "Active," as illustrated in the screenshot below.

Note: The user or agent can subsequently log in to the mobile app or the web application (dialer.callhippo.com) using the same credentials to make and receive calls.
