Yes, you can set a default number for a user to make calls. All the calls will go from the default number when local presence is disabled. 



You can set-up the default number by following the below steps: 



  • Login to CallHippo Dashboard>Users>Click on the Gear icon 




  • Allocate number>Tick the number you want to set as default. 




Please Note: Set a Default Number feature is available in the Silver plan and above plan.
