How to Integrate BigCommerce with CallHippo : CallHippo

Bigcommerce setup guide

You can follow these steps to integrate your bigcommerce account with Callhippo.

On Bigcommerce :

Log in to your Bigcommerce account.
In your BigCommerce store dashboard, go to Advanced settings > API accounts. Create an API account.

Now click on Create API Account you will get two option then click on Create V2/V3 API Token.
Now Enter Name of your API Account (Any)and copy Store Hash from API Path(selected area showing store hash).
Also give the modify permission to customers which is highlighted and click on save button.

After clicking on save button you will be redirect to this page and get biggcommerce.txt file.
Copy Client Id and Access Token by clicking on highlighted area.

On Callhippo :

You will redirect to the setup page. Now click on Connect your Bigcommerce button.
Once you click on ‘Next’ button, you will get one pop-up asking you For Client Id, Access Token and Store Hash (Which you copied in previous steps).Enter the details and click on save.

Once you click on Next button, you will get a message saying ‘Your account with bigcommerce is integrated successfully.

Features of Bigcommerce Integration -

All your contacts will be synced with Callhippo dialer.
Whenever you update a contact or add a new contact after integration, it will add in Callhippo dialer real time.
You will get call activity whenever any call is made to or is received from any of your bigcommerce contacts in callhippo dialer. You will get call activity in note of bigcommerce customers.
You will get SMS activity for any SMS send or received from any of your bigcommerce contacts in callhippo dialer.
