Step 1. Log in to your CallHippo account and go to the integrations tab. Now click on +integrate button of copper.
Step 2. Now click on Connect Now button in order to integrate your copper account with CallHippo. If you are already logged in skip to Step 3 else you will be asked to login the copper account.
Step 3. Now, click on the Authorize account.
Step 4. On clicking Authorize, your will be redirected to your callhippo account and your status will be updated to Integrated.
Step 5. You have successfully integrated your copper account with callhippo.
Features of Copper Integration -
1. Copper contacts will be synced with the CallHippo dialer as a contact after click-to-call/SMS.
2. Whenever a call is made to SugarCRM contact with the CH dialer then Call log activity will be synced to your Copper contact detail page.
3. Whenever an SMS is sent to SugarCRM contact with the CH dialer the SMS log will be synced to your Copper contact detail page.
