Prerequisites - Make sure you have WooCommerce plugin installed in your WordPress account


Step 1: Log in to your WordPress account admin panel.


Step 2: Go to your plugins - Installed Plugins option and click on it.




Step 3: Now scroll below and search for WooCommerce and then click on settings under WooCommerce.




Step 4: Now click on the advanced option which is the rightmost option and click on it. Now click on rest API under sub options.



Step 5: Now click on create an API key. Give any suitable description to API and choose option read/write in permission and click on Generate API Key button.




Step 6: Now you have API keys. Copy both consumer key and consumer secret.


 

Step 7: Also note down your complete website URL like - https://www.test.com.


Step 8: Now log in to your CallHippo account and go to the integrations tab. 


Step 9: Click on Connect button of Woocommerce.



Step 10: Now enter the details you noted in the above steps.




Step 11: Now click on Connect Now to connect CallHippo account with WooCommerce.  

 

Step 12: You should now be redirected to CallHippo account and your status would be changed to Integrated.



Features of WooCommerce Integration -

  1. All your WooCommerce customers will be synced with CallHippo dialer as a CallHippo contact.
  2. Whenever you add and update a new customer, it will be synced with CallHippo within 4 hours.
  3. You will get call activity for any call made or  received from any of your WooCommerce contacts in CallHippo dialer.You will get call activity in WooCommerce order of particular customer.
  4. You will get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your WooCommerce contacts in CallHippo dialer.
  5. Whenever you add a new order after integration, it will take 4 hour to sync with CallHippo.
  6. If your order status changed to completed, cancelled, failed and trash then order with this status will delete in 1 day.
  7. You won’t get call activity with order status of completed, cancelled, failed and trash.




Limitations of WooCommerce Integration - If you delete customers (Contact in CallHippo) in WooCommerce, it will not delete in CallHippo you have to delete manually.
