To integrate your Nutshell account with CallHippo you need to follow these steps -
- Log in to your Nutshell account.

Go to your profile icon, click on it, then click on settings.

Now scroll below and click on api keys.

Now click on add api key button and give your preferred name and choose radio button with option API + User impersonation and click on new api key.

Now click on new generated API and copy your API
- Now log in to your CallHippo account and go to the integrations tab.

Click on +Connect button of Nutshell.

Now enter the details you noted in the above steps.
9. Click on okay. And click on next.
10. You should now be redirected to CallHippo account and your status would be changed to Integrated.
Features of Nutshell + CallHippo Integration -
All your Nutshell leads will be synced with CallHippo dialer as a contact.
Whenever you add and update a new person in a Nutshell, it will be synced with CallHippo within 4 hours.
You will get call activity for any call made to or is received from any of your Nutshell contacts in CallHippo dialer.
You will also get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your Nutshell contacts in CallHippo dialer.
You will get call activity in the Activity feed of a particular Person(Contact in CallHippo) in a Nutshell.
