Step 1: Log in to your Insightly account.


Step 2: Click on the user icon on the top-right corner and navigate to the User Settings.

 

 

Step 3: In the User Settings page copy the API key and note down somewhere.

 

Steps to follow in your CallHippo account - 

 

Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo account.


Step 2: Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.


Step 3: Select Insightly and click on Connect.

 

 

Step 4: Enter your Insightly API Key and click on the Save button.

 

 

Step 5: Your Insightly account is connected now. Your Insightly integration completed successfully.

 

  

Features of Insightly + CallHippo Integration -

 

  1. All your Insightly contact and open lead will be synced with CallHippo dialer as a contact.
  2. Whenever you add and update a new contact in Insightly, it will be synced with Callhippo within 1 hours.
  3. Whenever you add and update a new open lead in Insightly, it will be synced with CallHippo within 4 hours.
  4. You will get call activity for any call made to or is received from any of your Insightly contacts or Insightly lead in CallHippo dialer.
  5. You will also get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your Insightly contacts or Insightly lead in CallHippo dialer.
  6. You will get call activity and SMS activity in the task of Insightly

 

 

Note: If you delete a contact in Insightly, it will not delete in CallHippo you have to delete manually.
