1. Log in to your CallHippo account and go to the integrations tab. 

  2. Click on +integrate button of ServiceNow.

    

    



  1. Now you will be redirected to another page. Click on +connect your ServiceNow.

    

    

    

4. Now enter the details - 

  1. Instance - Enter the instance from URL. Example - if your url is https://dev96782.service-now.com/ then the instance is dev96782.

  2. Username - Enter your username.

  3. Password - Enter the password of your ServiceNow account.

  4. Timezone - Enter the timezone you’re interested in.


    



  1. Now click on save. It should say Datasource is linked.

    

    

    


  1. Click on okay. And click on next

  2. You should now be redirected to CallHippo account and your status would be changed to Integrated.
