Notes

  • Who Can Integrate: Any CallHippo user with admin permissions.
  • Permissions/Rights Needed: Admin access is required on both CallHippo and Zoho Analytics.
  • Time to Sync Data: Data synchronization is real-time once the integration is set up.
  • Pre-requisites: Ensure you have an existing workspace created in Zoho Analytics.


The Following are the steps to perform in CallHippo for Integration


Step - 1 : Access your CallHippo account.




Step - 2 : Navigate to the left sidebar menu on your dashboard and click on Integrations.




Step - 3 : Search for Zoho Analytics and click on the Connect button.




Step - 4 : A pop-up box will appear click on Connect Now. You will be redirected to the Zoho login page.




Step - 5 : Log in to your Zoho account. Grant the necessary permissions for CallHippo by clicking on the Accept button.





Step - 6 : After granting permissions, you will be redirected back to CallHippo. Yeah !! you have successfully integrated zoho analytics with callhippo.




A settings pop-up  will appear where you can set up the integration. 


Integration Settings


1. Call activities performed with a Zoho Analytics contact reflected in your Zoho Analytics account. From here you can select which call status call needs to be passed to zoho analytics. (By default it will be enabled)




2. By keeping this option enable it will show the activities of SMS sent in the Activities section. (By default it will be enabled) 




3. Select the workspace in Zoho Analytics for syncing Call and SMS activities. (We assume you have already created workspace in Zoho Analytics)




4. To Sync call activities Create a table and name it accordingly. OR Select from the already available tables.




5. Similarly, for SMS activities as well create a table and name it OR select from the already created tables.




6. Ensure that the selected tables are synced to capture CallHippo activities. (The tables can be found inside zoho analytics workspace)




7. Connected Numbers: From here you can Select/Deselect numbers for which you want to pass the activities into Zoho Analytics. (By default all the numbers will be selected)



Activity Passed on Integration


Call Activity: An activity log for every call made or received on the CallHippo Dialer will be sent to Zoho Analytics.
