The Following are the steps to perform in CallHippo for Integration:

Step 1. Log in to your CallHippo account.

Step 2Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.

Step 3. Search for Zoho Analytics and click on Connect button.



Step 4. It will open a pop-up box, click on the Connect Now button.



Step 5. You will land on the zoho login page.Login to your zoho account.


 

Step 6. It will ask for the access to integrate your account. Grant the permission by clicking on accept button.


 

Step 7. You will be redirected to callhippo integration page, a setting pop-up will open where you can set-up the integration.




             

            [Note: make sure you have already created a workspace in your zoho analytics account.]

           


        

            Once the workspace is selected, all the table of that workspace will be shown in that call and SMS activity drop down.

           


            [Note:It is mandatory, to selct the tables to sync the activities.]


Step 8:In select workspace for call/SMS activities to be send, select your workspace.



Step 9: You need to select create table for call activity & name the table

 


Step 10: You need to select create table for SMS activity setting & name the table.

            


Step 11: In that work space you will find the tables which you have created in the setting pop-up box..




Call and SMS activity:


  1. CallHippo will send an activity log for every call you make or receive on the CallHippo Dialer.


  2. CallHippo will send an activity log for any SMS sent or received on the CallHippo Dialer.
