The Following are the steps to perform in CallHippo for Integration:

Step 1. Log in to your CallHippo account.

Step 2Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.

Step 3. Search for Zoho Analytics and click on Integrate.


Step 4. You will redirect the setup page. Now click on the Connect your Zoho Analytics button. Which will open a popup



Following are the steps to follow in Zoho Analytics Account.

Step 1. Enter your Zoho Analytics account email in the Email field and select your Zoho Domain. Then click on the Save button.

 

Step 2. On the next popup, click on the Link datasource button.

 

Step 3. On the next screen you will be prompted to login in your Zoho account. And provide permission to access your Zoho Analytics data through APIs. Please click on the Accept button to continue.



Step 4. Your Zoho Analytics account connected successfully. Now click on the Next button for Activity Log setup.




Step 5. On the second step you need to select your analytics workspace.
In the second field please select whether you want to create new tables for Call/SMS logs or use existing tables.

If you are integrating first-time, it’s recommended to “Create new tables”. For reintegration you can select “Use existing tables”.



  1. Create new tables:

    A. enter your folder from your selected workspace in the above step. Folder name 

should match exactly with your analytics folder. Click on the Next button

B. In the next step please enter the Call and SMS logs table name you want to create. Those tables will be automatically created in your workspace folder. Please do not enter existing table names and make sure to choose different names for both tables. Click on the Next button.

 

  1. Use existing tables:
    A. System will provide you a list of existing tables in your selected workspace. You can select a table for Call and SMS logs. And click on the Next button



Step 6. Once you click on the next button you will redirect back to the CallHippo app and prompt  a success message. Your Zoho Analytics is integrated into CallHippo successfully.




Call and SMS activity:


  1. CallHippo will send an activity log for every call you make or receive on the CallHippo Dialer.


  2. CallHippo will send an activity log for any SMS sent or received on the CallHippo Dialer.
