1. Log in to your Salesflare account.

  2. Now click on Setting(as shown in down left).



  1. Now click on Api Keys and copy Api Keys (highlighted in picture).

  2. Write it somewhere.



  1. Now you have Api Key.


In you CallHippo account - 


  1. Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab.


  1. Now click on +integrate  button and you will be redirected to another page. 



  1. Now click on +Connect Your Salesflare and Enter you Api Key which you copied earlier and click on Save.

    




  1. Now it should say Datasource is linked. Click on Ok.



  1. Now click on next and your will be redirected to your callhippo account and your status will be changed to Integrated. 


  1. You have successfully integrated your Salesflare account with callhippo.





Features of Salesflare Integration - 


  1. All contacts of your Salesflare will be synced as a contact in callhippo.

  2. Whenever you add a new contact, update it will sync with callhippo in 4 hours.

  3. You will get call activity for any call made to or received from any of your Salesflare contacts in callhippo dialer.



  1. You will get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your Salesflare contacts in callhippo dialer.




Note : - Call log and Sms log  activity will only send to Salesflare if contact added in at least one Account of Salesflare.
