• Log in to your Ccvshop account.
  • Now go to the App Store and search “Api”.



  • Now click on the activate button.




  • Go to My webshop (as shown in picture) and click on Settings.





  • Now click on API data, you will be redirected to the api key page.





  • Now Copy Api Key, Api Secret and write it somewhere. 







In you CallHippo account - 


  1. Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab.


  1. Now click on +integrate  button and you will be redirected to another page. 






  1. Now click on +Connect Your Ccvshop.


  1. Enter your Api key, Secret Key which you copied earlier and enter the shop URL (For more description highlighted in picture).


  1. Now Click on save





  1. Now it should say Datasource is linked. Click on Ok.





  1. Now click on next and your will be redirected to your callhippo account and your status will be changed to Integrated. 


  1. You have successfully integrated your Ccvshop account with callhippo.
