Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo account.


Step 2: Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.

        

Step 3: Search Asana and click on the connect button.




Step 4: Pop-up box will open, click on the connect now button. 




Step 5: Enter your Asana Email and password and click on the Login button. (If Asana is already login into another tab then it will be redirected you to the Permissions page)



Step 6: Click on the Allow to Grant the Permissions.



Step 7:  Your CallHippo account will be successfully integrated with Asana, you will be redirected back to the CallHippo and Integration Settings popup will appear for the Asana Integration.


Integration Settings:

  •  Call activities will be sent to your Asana account - If you have enabled this toggle, All the call activities that are performed on a CallHippo Dialer will reflect in the Asana account.
  • SMS activities will be sent to your Asana account - If you have enabled this toggle, All the SMS activities that are performed on a CallHippo Dialer will reflect in the Asana account.
  • Select Workspace for Call/SMS Activities to be send - Choose the Asana workspace from the dropdown where you want Call and SMS activities to be logged.
  • Select Project for Call/SMS Activities to be send - Choose the Asana Project from the dropdown where you want Call and SMS activities to be logged.



Step 7: Asana Integration status will show as integrated.




Features of Asana Integration -

  1.  All the Call & SMS activities that are performed on a Callhippo Dialer will reflect in the Asana account.

  2. Callhippo sub-user must be invited in Asana if the admin needs sub-user activity.

  3.  You will get call activity inside the specific project which you have selected in the integration settings pop up.
