If you have the web dialer or mobile app logged in, the call will first ring on the dialer/app for the first few seconds. Later if the call is not answered through the dialer/app; it will get forwarded to your personal number.
If you are logged in only on your web dialer and not on the mobile device, the call will simultaneously ring on your web dialer and personal number.
If you are logged in to the mobile app and not on the web dialer, the call will first ring on the app for the first few seconds. Later if the call is not answered through the app; it will get forwarded to your personal number.
