Step 1: If the number is configured ON for voicemail, only then the user will be able to listen to voicemail. Go to Menu from the top left corner.

Step 2: Click on All Calls.

Step 3: Click on the arrow “>” and you will be able to see the call details in which you can listen to voicemail.
