You can follow these steps to activate your TalentLyft integration with CallHippo.
On TalentLyft:
- Log in to your TalentLyft account.
- Go to profile and click on App Settings.
- Now go to integrations and search for TalentLyft, click on the settings button.
- Note your Access token if the token is not generated then click on the generate button you will get a new access token.
On Callhippo:
- Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab.
- Now click on the +integrate button.
- Enter the Access token which you have noted earlier and click on the Save button.
- Now you will be redirected to your CallHippo account and your status will be changed to integrated.
- You have successfully integrated your TalentLyft account with CallHippo.
Features of TalentLyft Integration -
All candidates of your TalentLyft will be synced as a contact in CallHippo.
Whenever you add a new candidate it will sync with CallHippo in real-time.
You will get call activity for any call made to or received from any of your TalentLyft contacts in the CallHippo dialer.
You will get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your TalentLyft contacts in the CallHippo dialer.
