The Following are the steps to perform in CallHippo for Integration:

Step 1. Log in to your CallHippo account. 

Step 2. Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations. 

Step 3. Select Zoho Recruit and click on Integrate. 







Step 4. On the Zoho Recruit  Integration Setup dialog box select your domain, click on Connect Now.

Step 5. A message will be displayed on your screen asking you to access your Zoho recruit. Click on Accept.

Step 6. Now you have successfully integrated with the Zoho recruit account with CallHippo.

After successfully integrating Zoho Recruit with CallHippo, you need to create some webhooks in Zoho Recruit in order to sync any newly created Zoho Recruit contact in CallHippo.

 

Steps to follow to create webhooks in Zoho Recruit. 

Step 1. Create an ‘Add Contact’ Webhook. 

 Login to your Zoho Recruit account. 

 · Once logged in, Click on the ‘Setting’ in the top right corner.

 

 Step 2. Inside ‘Setup’, Click on ‘Workflow Rules’ under the ‘Automation’ segment.  

· 

Step 3. Click on the ‘Create Rule’ button given on the right side.

 Step 4. In ‘Create New Rule’ pop-up all the details shown in the below image and then click on ‘Next’. 

 

 

· Step 5. Select ‘On a Record Action’ under ‘When’ segment, select ‘Create’ action and then click on ‘Next’.


· Step 6. Select ‘All Records’ under ‘Condition 1’ segment and click on ‘Next’. 

 

· Step 7. Under the ‘Instant Action’ dropdown menu, click on ‘Webhooks’.

  Step 8. Now in the CallHippo web app, click on ‘Users’ and click on ‘Admin/Main User’. Now in browser address bar, copy user-id from CallHippo URL as shown below: 

 

· Step 9. Now go back to Zoho Recruit  Interface, and add details in ‘Call Webhook’ pop-up as shown below :  

                         · Name: Add Contact 

                         · URL to Notify: https://activity.callhippo.com/integration/users/59227d18a64c4e0cf253dac0/zohorecruit/webhook/addcontact (replace 59227d18a64c4e0cf253dac0 with your user_id) 

                         · Method: POST 

                         · Description: Add Contact Webhook 

· Then, provide URL parameters in that pop-up as shown below and then click on the ‘Save and Associate’ button.                             · Parameter Name - Parameter Value - Select Field 

                            · contactId - Contacts - Contact Id 

                            · contactEmail - Contacts - Email 

                            · contactFirstName - Contacts - First Name 

                            · contactLastName - Contacts - Last Name 

                            · contactMobile - Contacts - Mobile 

                            · contactPhone - Contacts - Work Phone 

 

                           · 

Step 10. Then, click on the ‘Save’ button. Hurray! You have successfully created a webhook. 

1) Similarly you have to create webhooks for Update Contact, Delete Contact,which is shown below. 

2) Create ‘Update Contact’ Webhook 

· Follow the steps described above. 

· In the ‘Create New Rule’ pop-up, all the details shown in the below image and then click on ‘Next’. 

                            · Module: Contacts 

                            · Rule Name: Update Contact 

                           · Description: Called when contact is updated 

· Select ‘On a Record Action’ under ‘When’ segment, select ‘Edit’ action and then click on ‘Next’. 

· Select ‘All Records’ under ‘Condition 1’ segment and click on ‘Next’. 

· Under the ‘Instant Action’ dropdown, click on ‘Webhooks’. 

· It will open a new pop-up for webhook. Click on ‘New Webhook’ button. 

· Add details in ‘Call Webhook’ pop-up as shown below : 

· Name: Update Contact

· URL to 

Notify: https://activity.callhippo.com/integration/users/59227d18a64c4e0cf253dac0/zohorecruit/webhook/updatecontact  (replace 59227d18a64c4e0cf253dac0 with your user_id) 

· Method: POST 

· Description: Update Contact Webhook 

· Then, provide URL parameters the same as provided in ‘Add Contact’ webhook and click on ‘Save and Associate’. · Then, click on ‘Save’. 

3) Create ‘Delete Contact’ Webhook 

· Follow the steps described above. 

· In the ‘Create New Rule’ pop-up, all the details shown in the below image and then click on ‘Next’. 

· Module: Contacts 

· Rule Name: Delete Contact 

· Description: Called when contact is deleted 

· Select ‘On a Record Action’ under ‘When’ segment, select ‘Delete’ action and then click on ‘Next’. 

· Select ‘All Records’ under ‘Condition 1’ segment and click on ‘Next’. 

· Under the ‘Instant Action’ dropdown click on ‘Webhooks’. 

· It will open a new pop-up for webhook. Click on ‘New Webhook’ button.  

· Add details in ‘Call Webhook’ pop-up as shown below : 

· Name: Delete Contact 

· URL to 

Notify: https://activity.callhippo.com/integration/users/59227d18a64c4e0cf253dac0/zohorecruit/webhook/deletecontact  (replace 59227d18a64c4e0cf253dac0 with your user_id) 

· Method: POST 

· Description: Delete Contact Webhook

· Then, provide URL parameters are shown below and click on ‘Save and Associate’. 

· Parameter Name - Parameter Value - Select Field 

· contactId - Contacts - Contact Id 

· Then, click on ‘Save’.


 4) Create “add/update/delete candidate” webhooks

Replicate all steps followed for Contact webhooks. and in webhook field mapping add 1 one more custom parameter

isCandidate = true

Hurray!! You have successfully integrated Zoho Recruit with CallHippo. Now you can enjoy using your calling features.


How it works:

  1. Upon successful integration all your existing contacts and candidates(with atleat one phone number) will be synced to CallHippo dialer as contacts.

  2. Any new contact/candidate created/updated/deleted in Zoho Recruit, will be sync to CallHippo.

Please note: bulk actions in candidate/contact modules will not reflect in CallHippo i,e bulk contact upload or bulk delete.

  1. All the calls and SMS activities done in CallHippo will be synced to contact/candidate timeline.

  1. We have 2 options for call activity 1)In Contact Timeline,  2) In To-Do. By default its Timeline, if you wish to receive call activity in To-Do please contact CallHippo support.
