Steps to follow in your Greenhouse account:

Step 1- Log in to your Greenhouse account.

Step 2- Now click on the settings icon.

 

 

Step 3- Now go to Dev. Center and click on the API Credentials Management.

 

Step 4- Note your Api key  if the API key  is not generated then click on the “Create New API key” button you will get a new API key.

 

 

Steps to follow in your CallHippo account-

Step 1- Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab.

Step 2- Now click on +Connect  button.

 

 

Step 3- You will redirect the setup page. Now click on Connect your Greenhouse button.

 

Step 4- Enter your Greenhouse API key and click on the Next button.

 

 

 

 

Step 5- Your Greenhouse account is connected now. Click on the Next button to complete the integration.

 

 

 

Step 6- You have successfully integrated your Greenhouse account with CallHippo.

 

 

Features of Greenhouse + CallHippo Integration - 

  1. All candidates of your Greenhouse will be synced as a contact in CallHippo .

  2. Whenever you add a new candidate, update and reject it will sync with CallHippo in 4 hours.

  3. You will get call activity for any call made to or received from any of your Greenhouse contacts in CallHippo dialer.

      4. You will get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your Greenhouse contacts in CallHippo dialer.

 

 

 

 

Note : - Call log activity will only send to Greenhouse if CallHippo user(Caller) and Greenhouse user’s account email are same Greenhouse.
