It’s a feature that enables you to add a third person to your two-way call and
turn it into a 3-way conference. This third guest can be a manager, a supervisor,
or another agent. It’s more like a warm call transfer where you inform the new
recipient about the call, transfer the call after his permission, introduce the caller
and the new recipient and, according to the requirement, either stay or leave the
3-way conference call.
Benefits of Call Conference:-
Agents and managers can join the same call to provide a seamless
experience.
You can discuss projects with your global Partners.
You will not feel bound to your office premises. Access conference calls
from the device and the place you find most comfortable.
Conduct meeting from anywhere

Below are the steps to do a Call Conference:
Login to your Dialer and make a call. You can follow the next steps if
it’s an incoming call.

●Once the number is dialed and received by the other party, click on

“Forward.” You will get an option to select the Available agent or

Contact, as shown in the below screenshot.  If you do not want to

transfer to the available agent or Saved contact, you can dial the

number in the search field and make a call from there only.

●Once you transfer the call, it will keep the first party on Hold and

will ring in the dialed number. After the call is received, you will get

the below option for Call Conference.

●Option one is Transfer Now:- It will directly transfer the call to a

third party.

●Another option is Talk to first:- In that, you can first talk to the

person if he/she wants to take the call, and after that, you can

transfer the call.

●Once any of the  is selected, you will get the below options for Call

Conference:

●For Call Conference, you need to select the “Merge Call” option, and

all the three parties will be on call.

●The benefit of this call conference is that any party can leave the

call anytime they want, and it is the best way to communicate

internally and externally.

We hope this helps!
