Setting up Re:amaze account
Step 1- Log in to your Re:amaze account.
Step 2- Click on the contacts card which is at the left bar.
Step 3- Click on Add Contact at the top of the page.
Step 4- Write name, mobile, email address and click on Create button.
Step 5- That’s all, contact has been created.
Creating access token of Re:amaze
Step 1- Click on settings icon and after click on API Token under personal settings
Step 3- Click on the “Generate New Token” to generate a unique token.
Step 4- Copy your token. We will need this key when we do integration with CallHippo.
In your CallHippo account
Step 1- Log in to your CallHippo account.
Step 2- Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.
Step 3- Select Re:amaze and click on Connect.
Step 4- Paste your access token which you copied.
Step 5- Now, go to your Reamaze account and at the URL bar you will find your brand name copy value which is before “.reamaze.com” (example shown below).
Step 6- Now paste that value in Enter your brand name input and type your email address of your reamaze account and click on Save.
Step 7- That’s all and you will see integrated status.
Features of Re:amaze + CallHippo integration:
1. All the existing contact(with phone number) in Re:amaze will be synced to CallHippo dialer.
2. Newly added contact will be synced within 4 hours.
3. Call and sms activity: CallHippo will create a new conversation in your Re:amaze account, upon every call/SMS done through CallHippo dialer.
Here you will find all kind of call activities and sms activities
Limitations
1. Deleted contacts will not be deleted from CallHippo Dialer.
2. If you add more than one number, the recently added number will be updated in contact.
3. Updated contact will only sync with CallHippo if a new identity or attribute is added to contact. .
