The Following are the steps to perform for Wingman Integration:
Step 1. Log in to your Wingman account with admin ID.
Step 2. Create recording user:
Click on the Setting (Gear icon given in bottom-left corner) then click on the Manage Users menu, and click on the Invite User button. Please make sure your CallHippo and Wingman users email ID should be the same. Otherwise Call recording will not sync.
Step 3. Now go to the Settings => Integrations menu. Copy the API Key and API Secret given in the API section.
Following are the steps to follow in CallHippo account for Integration
Step 1. Log into your CallHippo account.
Step 2. Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.
Step 3. Search for Wingman integration and click on the +CONNECT button.
Step 4. Click on the connect button, it will open a popup with credentials inputs. Enter your API Key and API Secret and click on the Connect Now button
Step 5. Once you click on the Connect now button, the system will validate your credentials and show you the success message. That’s all! You have successfully integrated Wingman with CallHippo.
How Wingman integration works:
1. After every successful call is done from the CallHippo dialer, we will send the recording URL along with other call data to Wingman. And will see it in My Calls list.
Please note that call data will be only sent if:
Call status is Completed or Voicemail.
Call recording is enabled in CallHippo.
Calls should be done by an agent who registered in Wingman as a recording user.
