If you are looking to activate your Ontraport integration with CallHippo, here are the steps you need to follow.


The Following are the steps to follow in Ontraport for Integration:


Setup Ontraport account:

Step 1Log in to your Ontraport account.

Step 2. Click on the user icon on the top-right corner and navigate to the Administration.





Step 3. In the User Administration page navigate to Integrations -> ONTRAPORT API INSTRUCTIONS AND KEY MANAGER.





 Step 4. You can get an App ID and App Key from your Ontraport Administration. Please refer to the screenshot below.




The Following are the steps to follow in CallHippo for Integration:

 

Step 1. Log in to your CallHippo account.

Step 2. Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.

Step 3. A window with different applications listed will appear. Find Ontraport and click the Integrate button under it.




  Step 4. Click on connect then You’ll see a pop-up window on the screen asking you to enter your Ontraport APP ID and APP Key



    Step 5. Enter your Ontraport API ID and APP Key then click on the connect now button and wait until it’s redirected back to CallHippo.

    Step 6. Your Ontraport integration completed successfully.




Features of Ontraport Integration -

 

  1. All your Ontraport contacts will be synced with the CallHippo dialer as a contact.

  2. Whenever you add a new contact in Ontraport, it will be synced with CallHippo.

  3. You will get call activity for any call made to or received from any of your Ontraport contacts in the CallHippo dialer.

  4. SMS activity and  Call activity will be displayed in the Ontraport notes menu.

Limitation :  

  1. Update contacts will not sync in CallHippo.

  2. Deleted contacts will not be deleted from the CallHippo Dialer.

        3. New contacts will be synced in a half-hour. If contact is not proper, then contact will not be synced in the CallHippo dialer.
