If you are looking to activate your Zoho PhoneBridge integration with CallHippo, here are the steps you need to follow.
Note 1: Before proceeding with setup make sure you have PhoneBridge enabled in your Zoho account.
To enable --> Go to Zoho CRM --> Settings --> Telephony
In the Telephony, search for CallHippo in the Marketplace and click on the same.
Click on Install CalllHippo for Zoho to install CallHippo for Zoho CRM.
Once Installed successfully, Thereafter proceed for the PhoneBridge Integration further.
Note 2: PhoneBridge calling is only enabled for your Zoho users who exist in CallHippo with the same email address.
Note 3: Re-Installation of the PhoneBridge integration requires to re-install the CallHippo application as well in the Zoho-CRM.
Integration setup CallHippo account:
Step 1. Login to your CallHippo account.
Step 2. Go to the left side panel and click on Integrations.
Step 3. A window with different applications listed will appear. Find Zoho PhoneBridge and click the Connect button under it.
Step 4. It will open a popup where you need to select your Zoho domain and then click on the Connect Now button.
Step 5. In the next step, you will be redirected to the Zoho login page. If you are already logged in you will be directly redirected to the permission page as given in the image below. Click on the Accept button to continue.
Step 6. Once you click on the Accept button you will be redirected to the CallHippo integration page with a success message. Congratulations! you have successfully integrated PhoneBridge with CallHippo.
How It Works:
Once you complete the Zoho PhoneBridge- Callhippo integration you can directly make calls from your Zoho CRM.
Here are the simple steps to follow:
Go to your Zoho CRM contact/lead page. You will see a green call icon besides phone numbers.
Make sure you have active login in CallHippo web dialer with the same account while making or receiving calls. i.e if you logged in Zoho CRM with test@example.com. do login with the same email ID in the CallHippo dialer to make calls.
3. You can click on the call Icon to make calls to any phone number. 1st call will be delivered to the agent dialer and once the Agent answers the call, the same call will be connected to the contact.
4. Once you hang up the call you can update call disposition in the same window and it will save with the call activity.
5. You can review your call activities in your CRM activity section anytime.
Important Notes:
If you are using Zoho CRM and PhoneBridge both integrations, make sure you disable the call activity for ZOHO CRM to avoid duplicate call activities.
Go to the CallHippo webapp -> Integrations -> Active Integration -> click on the Zoho integration setting(gear) icon and disable activity toggles as highlighted in the image below.
Do not install CallHippo Click to call Chrome extension, if you are using Phonebridge integration.
Zoho Phonebridge does not support SMS activity. If you need SMS activity, please integrate Zoho CRM with CallHippo and update CRM integration setting as given in the above image.
