As its name says integration is also less annoying, Just need to follow a few steps given below and you are all set for a seamless calling experience.

Derive API credentials of Less Annoying CRM: 

Log in to your Less Annoying CRM Account.

Go to the Settings page navigate to Programmer API -> Create a New API key -> Copy and note down your API key and user code.

 

Integration with CallHippo:

Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo account with the Owner or Admin role

Step 2: Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.

Step 3: Select Less Annoying CRM and click on Connect button. 

Step 4: Integration Setup popup will be open. It will ask you to input your Less Annoying CRM credentials. Enter your Less Annoying CRM  API key and user code then click on the Connect Now button.

Hurray!!! You have now successfully integrated Less Annoying CRM with CallHippo. Integration status shows “Integrated”. And once contact syncing is completed you will be notified via email.

Enable Click to Call: 

Step 1: Install the CallHippo Click-to-Call Chrome extension from here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/callhippo-virtual-phone-s/gbiddodjfedcfaomleolekbgkidagkci

Step 2: Log in to your Less Annoying CRM account. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Phone.

Step 3: It will open the Click-to-call setting popup, In the VOIP service dropdown select any one option as given in below image 1.  And keep the Dial-Out-prefix field blank.

Step 4: Do hard reload your browser window.

You are all set to make calls to your contacts from the CRM,  just by clicking on your contact phone number.

 Features of Less Annoying CRM Integration: 

  • All your Less Annoying CRM contacts will be synced with the CallHippo dialer.

  • Whenever you add/update/delete contact in Less Annoying CRM, it will be synced with CallHippo within 1 hour.

  • You will get a call log for any call made to or received from any of your Less Annoying CRM contacts in the CallHippo dialer.

  • You will also get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your Less Annoying CRM contacts in the CallHippo dialer.

  • Call and SMS activity will be displayed in the Less Annoying CRM contact notes.

 

Limitation:  If you delete any contact from CRM it can’t be removed from CallHippo. You need to remove that from the CallHippo dialer manually.
