In your CallHippo account

1. log in to your CallHippo account.

2. Go to the left sidebar menu and click on Integrations.

3. Select Google Drive and click on Connect.

 

 

 

4. It will open a popup as given in the image below. Here click on Connect Now

 

 

5. In the next screen you will be redirected to the Google login page if not logged In and  if logged in then you will be redirected to choose your Google account Screen, Please login with your Google account credentials if not logged In.

 

 

6. Once you login you will be redirected to the permission page. Here you need to click on Allow button to continue your Google Drive integration.

 

 

 

7. Once you click on the Allow button you will be redirected to the CallHippo app.

 

Hurray!!! You have now successfully integrated Google Drive with CallHippo. Integration status will shows “Integrated”, and the same will be updated via email.

 

How does it work ?

 

Once the integration is activated, if you made any call and that call has recorded with CallHippo, then a CallHippo folder will be created in the integrated Google Drive. and Recording will be saved inside the below path in your Google Drive.

 

           CallHippo >> UserEmail(email of agent who attended the call) >>Date(date when call made) >> Recording file
