A Parallel Dialer is an advanced outbound calling system that automatically dials multiple numbers at once, using AI and call algorithms to predict agent availability.

It increases efficiency by ensuring that agents spend more time talking to live prospects instead of waiting for calls to connect.

How Does a Parallel Dialer Work?

  • Dials Multiple Numbers Simultaneously: The system calls multiple leads at once, ensuring that at least one connects.

  • Call Screening: It detects busy signals, voicemails, unanswered calls, and disconnected numbers to avoid wasting agent time.

  • Connects Only Answered Calls: Once a call is answered, it is immediately routed to an available agent.

  • Adjusts Dialing Rate: The system dynamically adjusts the number of calls being dialed based on agent availability and past connection rates.

Key Features of Parallel Dialer

  • AI-Based Dialing: Predicts agent availability and optimizes call connections.

  • Maximized Agent Talk Time: Reduces agent idle time by connecting calls efficiently.

  • Call Filtering: Skips voicemails, busy signals, and disconnected numbers.

  • High Call Volume Handling: Ideal for call centers making thousands of calls daily.

  • Adjustable Dialing Ratio: The system can dial in a fixed or auto pacing ratio.

Questions?

  • Can Multiple Campaigns Run Simultaneously in Power Dialer?

Yes, the Power Dialer allows you to create and run multiple campaigns simultaneously, enabling efficient call management and improved outreach.

  • What is the format of the contact list to upload for Power Dialer?

The contact list in an Auto Dialer must be uploaded in a specific format. You can ensure this by downloading the provided template from the system.

When you open the sheet, it will appear as follows:

Here are a few important points to keep in mind:

  1. Numbers should be complete, including the country code, and must not contain any special characters.

  2. Ensure that contact names and numbers are uploaded correctly, with no blank columns or rows.

  3. You can add up to 10 columns in the sheet, and the same data will be reflected in the dialer while making calls.

  • What are the benefits of automatic voicemail drop in Parallel dialer?

The Automatic Voicemail Drop feature in the Parallel Dialer enhances efficiency by allowing you to leave a message even when a call goes unanswered. Instead of manually recording a voicemail each time, the system automatically delivers a pre-set message when a call reaches voicemail.

Key Advantages:
1. Saves Time –
Eliminates the need for agents to leave voicemails manually.
2. Increases Connectivity – Ensures your message reaches prospects even if they don’t answer.
3. Consistency – Delivers a uniform message across all unanswered calls.
4. Improves Productivity – Allows agents to focus on live conversations rather than voicemail recordings.
