Customers using WhatsApp Business for the conversations will incur WhatsApp Business Conversation Charges (WCC), which are displayed on the WhatsApp Business dashboard.
There are two types of conversation charges:
User-Initiated Conversation (UIC): This occurs when a conversation is initiated in response to a user's message. Businesses can respond to user messages within the 24-hour customer service window, sending free-form messages during this period.
Business-Initiated Conversation (BIC): Before sending a message, a template must be created. BIC happens when a business initiates a conversation by sending a message outside the 24-hour customer service window.
