- Activate Plurilock SSO Integration with CallHippo:
- Log in to your Callhippo Account.
- Navigate to the side menu and click on Integrations.
- Search for Plurilock SSO and click on Connect.
- A pop up will appear as shown below click on the Connect Now button.
- Once you click on the Connect now button your Plurilock SSO will be in 'In Progress' state.
- The Integration Settings pop-up will appear as shown below. Copy the URL's provided, as they are required for further SSO configuration.
Fill in the required Information to Successfully configure the Entra ID SSO.
Configure SSO with Plurilock:
- Go to your Plurilock Account.
- Click on Users.
- Go to Administration → Apps → Configuration and navigate to the Inactive Apps Section.
- In the Inactive Apps Section search for the Callhippo and click on the configure button as shown below.
- Settings page for the Callhippo SSO configuration will open as shown below
- Click on the Tick button to Enable the app (By default it will be in Disable state).
- In Custom URL Field enter the Recipient URL that you've copied previously from the Callhippo - Plurilock SSO integration settings.
- Leave SP Entity ID as it is.
- In SP Assertion URL Field enter the ACS (Consumer) URL that you've copied previously from the Callhippo - Plurilock SSO integration settings.

After entering all the above details, click on Save.
- Now go to the Configuration tab and Download the certificate by Clicking on 'Certificate from here'.
- Open the certificate in any Text Editor and copy the certificate text from there. Navigate to CallHippo web application. Open the Plurilock SSO Integration settings. In Configuration tab, edit the X.509 certificate and paste the copied certificate. Please make sure you are copying complete certificate. Save the edited details.
- Now go back to Plurilock, and Go to Domain Mapping and click on Add Mapping.
- A pop will appear as shown below:
- Select 'callhippo.com' in Domain Name Field.
- Select 'callhippo' in App Name Field
- And Click on the Add button.
- Domain will be mapped Successfully. That’s all, your users can now login to CallHippo Using Plurilock SSO. Once all configurations are completed and the required information is filled in the Plurilock SSO integration settings, it will be successfully integrated with CallHippo, and the integration status will show as 'Integrated'.
Note: To ensure successful SSO login, Mail Id of the CallHippo sub-user and the Plurilock user must be the same.
