Steps to integrate VTiger with CallHippo

Step 1: Log in to your VTiger account.


Step 2: Click on the user icon on the top-right corner and navigate to the My Preferences.



 
Step 3: In the My Preferences page copy the Access key and note it down.

 


Steps to follow in your CallHippo account - 

 

Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo account.



Step 2: Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.



Step 3: Select VTiger and click on Connect.

 

Step 4: Enter the Vtiger domain name, integration Email, and Access key and then click on the “Connect Now” button.


Note: If your Vtiger domain is https://callhippo.od2.vtiger.com/view/list?module=Contacts&app=MARKETING then enter domain as "callhippo.od2.vtiger.com" in the setup popup.




Step 5: Your VTiger account is connected now. Your VTiger integration completed successfully.

1. Call Activity: Sent to VTiger recent events for any calls made/received to an VTiger CRM.

Note: 

  • After Call Work activity is reflected in VTiger - If you have a plan with CallHippo's Call tags and disposition and the same has been enabled, then the activity being pushed in VTiger will contain the tags and disposition data being added after the Call in the ACW screen. 
  • This sync only when the same has been performed on the After Call Work screen, In case tags and disposition have been added later on using the Call logs or other feed then the same won't sync to VTiger.


Features of VTiger + CallHippo Integration -

  1. All your VTiger Contacts and Lead will be synced with CallHippo dialer as a contact when Click to Call action is performed on it.
  2. Call and SMS activity will be synced as a task under the contact and will be visible to all users.
