If you're looking to activate the Greenhouse integration with CallHippo, follow these steps:


Setup Greenhouse:

Step 1: Log in to your Greenhouse account. 

Step 2: Go to the top-right corner and click "Setings" 




Step 3: Click "Dev Center" in the left side bar.



Step 4: Click "API Credentials Management" in the left side bar.

Step 5: Click "Harvest v3 (OAuth)" under API Credentials.

Step 6: Click "Create new API credentials" button




Step 7: Now, fill in the details as provided below and click on View and store credentials.

  • Select “Harvest” as the API Type from the dropdown, 
  • Enter “Integration with CallHippo” as the Description, and 
  • Click “View and store credentials”



Step 8: After clicking “View and store credentials” Greenhouse will generate a Client Key and Client Secret. Make sure to copy both values and store them securely.



Integration setup with CallHippo account:

Step 9: Log in to your CallHippo account. 

Step 10: From the left-side panel, click “Integrations.”

Step 11: Find “Greenhouse” and click the “Connect” button below it.




Step 12: A pop-up will appear where you need to enter your Greenhouse Client Key and Client Secret (copied earlier from your Greenhouse account). Then, click the “Connect Now” button.




Step 13: The Integration setup popup will close, and a success message will be displayed. The Integration Status will then be shown as “Integrated.”






Get Back to Greenhouse:


Step 14: Click "I have stored the client credentials"


 


Step 15: Under “Manage Scope” select the following checkboxes under “Harvest”:


  • Candidates
    • Create candidates
    • List candidates


  • Notes
    • Create notes
    • List notes


  • Users
    • Create users
    • List users



After selecting all the required checkboxes, click “Save.”
