If you are looking to activate your SuperU integration with CallHippo, here are the steps you need to follow.

Activate the SuperU Integration in CallHippo

  1. Log in to your CallHippo account.
  2. Go to Numbers > Number Group
  3. Create a Number Group




  1. Open Integrations from the left menu.
  2. Search for SuperU and click Connect.



  • The Integration Settings pop-up opens. Fill in the required details to complete the setup, following the sections below.




Configuration in SuperU

  • Log in to the SuperU portal with an administrator account, Go to API Keys > Secret API Key, and copy the Secret API Key.



  • Back in CallHippo, open the SuperU Integration Settings, paste the copied Super API Key, and click Save.
  • Click Connect Now.





  • Select the Number Group and copy the details.




  • Back in SuperU, click Phone Numbers, then click Bring Your Own Phone Numbers.





  • Add the phone numbers, select the destination, and enter the SIP Domain as the Termination URL, SIP Username as the SIP Username, and SIP Password as the SIP Password from CallHippo. Add the CPS (Calls Per Second) and a nickname as required in the Bring Your Own Number popup, then click Save Outbound Number.
  • Once the details are added and submitted by clicking Save Outbound Number, the integration is successful.
