Please check your pricing plan as the Call transfer feature is available only for the Silver and Platinum plan.

There are no separate charges for the call transfer feature, it is an in-built feature available with the Silver and Platinum plan.

With CallHippo you don't actually have to set up anything. It's an inbuilt feature available with a Silver and Platinum plan.
