Browser Compatibility:

Ensure optimal use of CallHippo by setting up your browser correctly. Google Chrome is recommended for the best experience and call quality, given its mature WebRTC support.

Upon logging in to CallHippo, you'll get a prompt to grant microphone permission > Click "Allow" to grant microphone permissions.

Step: 3

Handling Blocked Permissions:

If you accidentally clicked "Block," look for (Mic) in your URL bar. This indicates a blocked microphone.

Click the Mic icon and follow these steps:

You will receive a pop-up, click on " Continue allowing https://dialer.callhippo.com" to access your microphone and then click "Done."

After making changes, refresh your browser and click "Reload." In some cases, you may get log out of CallHippo, close the browser (all windows), and reopen it.

Avoid Problematic Extensions:

Certain browser extensions can interfere with CallHippo functionalities.

Avoid using the following extensions:

Cisco WebEx

Adblock Plus

Ad Block

HTTPS Everywhere

Script Safe

Flash block

Disconnect

DoNotTrackMe

Ghostery

WebRTC Network Limiter

Removing Extensions:

If you have any of the listed extensions, remove them by following these steps:

Select "More tools" > "Extensions."
