Editable extension is the feature that is provided by the CallHippo where admin users can edit the extension number for their users.
For example - If the admin users have the IVR extension is 100, if he/she adds new users the IVR extension set with 101 and so on with the further users. With the editable extension, a new user extension can be changed from 101 to 999 as per the requirement.
