How do I change the Email of my CallHippo account?
Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to the top right-hand side of the page and click on the “Profile” under the profile section.
Step 4: Please click on the pencil button to edit the “'User Email' and update the new email address.
Step 5: Users will be able to see the new email address under the “New Email” text box. Click on the "SAVE" button to ensure that all information is updated accordingly.
Note:- After updating the email address, the user will receive a verification email on the new email address. They should click on the "Verify" button in the email to confirm the change. Once done, the email address will be updated successfully.
