Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard

Step 2: Navigate to the top right-hand side of the page and click on the drop-down menu.

.Step 3: Select the "Plan and Billing" option as per below screenshot

Step 4: In the "Plan and Billing" section, click on the "Invoice." option This will display the details outlined below. Please refer to the attached screenshot for visual guidance.



Step 5: To update your email, simply click on the "+" icon and input the email address where you'd like to receive invoices going forward.



Step 6:- After updating the email address, click on the “floppy disk” icon to save it. You'll then receive a pop-up notification on your screen, indicating that the email address has been successfully saved. 


Please note that you can add multiple email addresses to receive invoices.
