Introduction:

Custom notifications help you stay informed about important updates and activities. You can set notifications for missed calls, voicemails, incoming messages, and other account activities. These notifications can be configured via email alerts based on your preferences.


Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard

Step 2: Navigate to the top right-hand side of the page and click on the “Profile” under the profile section.

Step 3: Navigate to the “E-mail Notifications” Section where you can select the option you want for notification over e-mail.

Step 4: Toggle the button to the right to activate it. Once activated, you will receive a notification on your registered email ID with CallHippo.
