Now CallHippo allows you to choose to switch ON/OFF the system notifications you receive. You will receive notifications on your given mail id.
Log in to your account.
Click on the User Menu (on the top-right corner).
Select Profile from the Dropdown.
The Voicemail Alert toggle button is there; you can enable it or disable it.
We recommend you to keep the notifications ON, it will ensure that you don’t miss any communication from your customers.
