Now CallHippo allows you to choose to switch ON/OFF the system notifications you receive. You will receive notifications on your given mail id.
Log In to your CallHippo Account.
Click on the User Menu (on the top-right corner).
Select Profile from the Dropdown.
Call Reminder toggle button is there you can enable it or disable it.
We recommend you to keep the notifications ON, it will help you to make sure that you don’t miss any communication from your customers.
