Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to the top right-hand side of the page and click on the profile section.
Step 3: Select the "Plan and Billing" option, following the provided screenshot for reference.

Step 4: In the "Plan and Billing" section, click on the option "Plan." This will display the details of your current plan and give you an option to select any plan you want with monthly or annual billing. Please refer to the attached screenshot for visual guidance.


Step 5: You can now change the Select Plan Period by simply toggling between Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually when selecting the plan.

1. Can I switch my plan from annual to monthly before my current billing cycle ends?

Yes, you can change, but you will be charged for the difference of days on Pro-rated basis for the monthly plan.

2. Will I get a refund if I change my plan from annual to monthly?

No, CallHippo does not offer refunds for downgrading from an annual to a monthly plan. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. How can I request a plan change from annual to monthly?

You can request a plan change frpm your Plan and Billing section in your account dashboard.

4. Are there any charges or fees for switching from an annual to a monthly plan?

No additional fees are charged.

The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. 

7. Can I switch back to an annual plan later if needed?

Yes, you can upgrade to an annual plan at any time from your account Plan and billing section.
