Step 1: Log in to the CallHippo dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to the top right-hand side of the page and click on the profile section.
Step 3: Select the "Plan and Billing" option, following the provided screenshot for reference.
Step 4: Within the "Plan and Billing" section, click on the last option, which is “Cancel Account”.
Step 5: When you click the "Cancel Account" button, a prompt will appear asking for the reason. Once you submit the reason, a request for account cancellation will be initiated.
Note: Once you place a request for account cancellation, the account will be canceled within 7 days from the date of the request.
