This feature has been developed by keeping in mind that the Agents might not be aware of the per-minute calling cost of all the countries. Additionally, as an Admin, you can control the monthly billing by restricting the callers to call the countries that’s prices fall under your set limit.
You can set the price limit for outgoing calls by the below steps:
• Log in to the CallHippo web (web.callhippo.com) Account.
• Navigate to the Settings section from the left panel.
• Scroll down to Price Cap and set the limit.
